Ed Sanford Obituary, Death – I am writing this with a heavy heart to inform you of the sudden passing of my dearest friend, Ed Sanford (age 32). On Christmas Day in 2022, Eddy passed away peacefully in his sleep. He was a treasured friend, the Events Coordinator and Co-Founder of the Be Beautiful Foundation, the husband of Kim Sanford, and the devoted father of Olivia Sanford, who was three years old.
This irreparable loss to his extensive network of friends and family, as well as to the community at large, which has directly benefited from Eddy’s charitable contributions made through the Be Beautiful Foundation, is beyond description and cannot be adequately articulated in any language.
At this time, there is no additional information that can be provided other than the fact that Ed’s primary care physician gave him a clean bill of health just a few weeks before this unexpected tragedy. We are reaching out to Eddy’s friends, family, and the various communities he has gone above and beyond to serve, in the hopes that they will be able to offer whatever assistance they can to help support Eddy’s wife and daughter. The young daughter of Ed, Olivia, will receive direct assistance with her care and education thanks to the contributions.
Thank you. In Affectionate Remembrance of Ed Sanford
Tributes for Ed Sanford
Our hearts are broken over the death of a family friend. He was one of the first friends of Sean Jr. when we moved to Lake Hopatcong about 20 years ago. Ed Ralphie Sanford was an all around great person. Literally one of a kind. He leaves behind his wife Kim Sanford and their 3 year old daughter Olivia. Just as Ed was always here for us, we will be here for his family. I’ll miss hearing “Hey Mom”! May he rest in sweet peace. It’s never goodbye, it’s until we meet again!
Christmas was a lot different this year…. I don’t even know what to say…. I lost my best friend in the entire world. I don’t know how this will get better and I know Olivia is going to miss you so terribly. I will never let her forget you( not that anyone ever could) Today our friends that love you came to help me and Olivia and Mom and everyone remember you. When they say it takes a village I honestly didn’t know I had such a big one. You are loved by so many people. Seriously how the hell did you know so many damn people! But that was just you. Your personality, your humor and your love had everyone loving you.
I feel like this is still such a bad dream and I wish I could wake up from it. I wish that you would walk through that door and this be your ultimate prank. But I know I will eventually see you again. Until then I promise with EVERY ounce of my being to be strong for Olivia and love you until my heart beats it last beat.
You were the BEST DADDY the best friend and the best husband. I was lucky beyond my wildest dreams to have shared this life with you. Damnit Ed I’m going to miss you so much you and our daughter are my entire life. I love you
