Terry Moore Obituary, Terry Moore has passed away

Terry Moore Obituary, Death – Pete Terry Moore, age 79, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022 at the National Military Medical Center in Pontotoc, Mississippi. After graduating from Randolph High School, he wed the woman who would become the love of his life, Faye, and the two of them shared 58 wonderful years together. Terry had a great time working for Caterpillar (Taylor Machinery) and John Deere (Barton Equipment) as a sales representative for heavy equipment for a number of years.

In addition to that, he took pleasure in spending time with his family and friends, as well as telling stories about events that occurred throughout the years. Over the years, he cooked for and fed the county supervisors as well as many logging companies.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 11AM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc. The Reverends Marcus Coward and Don McCutchen will preside over the ceremony. The final resting place will be in the Baldwin Memorial Gardens. The arrangements have been taken care of by the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc.

Surviving members of his family include his son, Scott Moore (and his wife, Janie), who lives in Pontotoc; his daughter, Staci Rushing (and her husband, Derik), who lives in Mooreville; his brothers, Nicky Moore (and his wife, B.J.) and Mike Moore (and his wife, Patricia), both of Pontotoc; his stepmother, Patsy Moore, who also lives in Pontotoc; his grandchildren, Tyler Moore (and his wife, Reg

Terry’s parents, Pete and Willie B. Moore, as well as his sister, Jane Moore Pickett, passed away before him. Faye Holloway Moore, Terry’s wife, came before them all in death. The Moore brothers Tyler, Deven, Paul, and Matthew, as well as Eli Rushing, Drew Cunningham, Chuck McLarty, and Grant Jones, will serve as pallbearers at the funeral.

At the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc, visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 6th from 5 to 8 PM, and on Wednesday, December 7th from 10 AM until the time of the service.
