Lisa Marshall Obituary, Death – After a year-long struggle with breast cancer, Lisa Marshall, who was 49 years old and from Waukesha, Wisconsin, passed away at Angel’s Grace Hospice on Sunday, December 18. Lisa Marshall, the daughter of Darrell and Judy Marshall, was born on September 10th, 1973 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Her parents are Darrell and Judy Marshall. She graduated from Waukesha South High School in 1991, where she played basketball and softball, and from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay in 1996, where she majored in art and graphic design while also participating in the basketball program.

She spent her entire working life in the field of graphic design. Lisa was a huge sports fan; she participated in many different indoor and sand volleyball leagues, as well as women’s and coed softball leagues every year, even during the time that she was undergoing treatment for cancer. Her favorite teams were the Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and Bucks from the state of Wisconsin.

She was also a big Bucks fan. She was extremely knowledgeable about every team and statistic. Additionally, Lisa enjoyed spending time outside, doing things like meticulously tending to her garden and yard and going on lengthy walks. Lisa was the most trustworthy and authentic of all people. She was the kind of person who would talk to anyone about anything, and she relished the opportunity to be the center of attention wherever she went. She was the source of many smiles and good times with her friends and family, and she will be sorely missed.

Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she left behind, including her grandfather Russell Marshall, her parents Darrell and Judy Marshall, her sister Pam (Todd) Ancelet, her nephews Justin and Gavin Ancelet, as well as a large number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends and teammates. At the funeral home of Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker in Waukesha, Wisconsin, there will be a visitation one hour prior to the funeral service, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 22. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm.
