Debora E. Graham Obituary, Debora E. “Debbie” Graham of Mooresville has passed away

Debora E. Graham Obituary, Death – Debora E. “Debbie” Graham, 67 years old and a resident of Mooresville, North Carolina, passed away on December 26th, 2022. Debbie was born in Indianapolis on July 21, 1955, to her parents, Robert Eugene Lakin, who passed away, and Norma Eileen (Hughes) Lakin, who is still alive today. After attending Northwest High School, Debbie received her diploma. She holds a real estate license and has spent the majority of her career working at Carpenter Realtors in Mooresville, where she is currently employed.

Debbie attended the New Life Community Wesleyan Church, where she was active in both leadership roles: she was the secretary of the church board and the director of senior adult ministries. Debbie was a devout Christian who took great pride in her membership at the local church. Both bowling in the Happy Handicappers league and playing euchre were activities that she thoroughly enjoyed.

Debbie placed a high priority on her family, and those closest to her often referred to her as the “glue” that kept everyone and everything together. Debbie is going to be remembered fondly for her loving and kind demeanor as well as her ability to always put the needs of others before her own. In addition to her biological father, she was predeceased by her daughter April Gibson and her brother David Lakin. Her father passed away first.

Her mother, Norma Eileen Lakin, her husband of 40 years, Jeffrey Graham, her sons, Conley (Patty) Long and Andrew Graham, two grandchildren, Kahra (Curtis) Rainwater) and Mason Long, and a great-grandchild, Kayli Rainwater, are among her survivors. Also, surviving is her husband of 40 years.

On Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville. The funeral will start at 12 o’clock in the afternoon, and Pastor Michael Joe Linville will preside over the ceremony. White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville is where the burial will take place.
