D’Anthony Coleman Obituary, Death – D’Anthony Coleman, a resident of Ottumwa who is 22 years old, has been determined to be the person who was killed. Coleman was reportedly one of the four people who agreed to meet in order to finish what the authorities referred to as a “transaction,” according to the comments that were made by the police. According to the findings of the investigation, the transaction developed into a robbery, and during the course of the heist, Coleman was shot and killed.
During the course of their investigation, the police stated that they found an automobile in front of a house in the 2800 block of SE 10th Street that they believed may be connected to the occurrence. The house is located in the same neighborhood as the car. When the detectives knocked on the door to speak with the inhabitants, they were confronted with the sound of a gunshot emanating from within the building. This was the first indication that something was off. Several people who lived there escaped the building and reported to the authorities that someone had shot themselves inside the house. The body of a male, 18 years old, who had taken his own life was found inside the apartment.
A juvenile from Brighton, Massachusetts, aged 17, has been charged with robbery in the first degree in connection with the incident. In spite of the fact that they have not been charged with anything at this time, the police are currently interrogating another juvenile.
“As a direct result of this, there is no one else that we are searching for at this time. Only one of them has been implicated in any illegal activity thus far. On this, we have a number of distinct components, and we are attempting to find out how to merge all of them together at the moment. “We think we have a solid understanding of what that transaction was supposed to be about, but we need to get that confirmed and do some more work on it,” said Sergeant Paul Parizek of the Des Moines Police Department. “But we need to get that confirmed and do some more work on it.”
