Melanie Golleher Obituary, Bentonville AR Melanie Golleher Has Passed Away

Melanie Golleher Obituary, Death – Jerlene M. Golleher, who was 81 years old at the time of her untimely death, was taken from this earth and brought to her heavenly home on August 11, 2021. She was born on February 7, 1940, in Abilene, Texas, to J.W. Baker and Mary Jane Moore Baker, both of whom have since passed away. Her parents are no longer with us. She pitched in to help her family out in the cotton fields when she was just a young child by spending her days in those locations. Her marriage to Billy Ray Golleher took place in 1956 and following their union, the couple went on to have three wonderful children together.

Her role as a grandmother was the one in which she thrived the most, despite the fact that she was a wonderful mother to her own children. She had four beautiful granddaughters, all of whom she adored and tried to instill her resiliency in. She considered this a blessing in her life. Her five great-grandchildren were her entire world. She was the kind of person who never met a stranger, and she had the ability to make even the most serious person laugh. She was fiercely independent and free-spirited, harbored a profound love for her God, and possessed a beautiful soul in addition to her physical beauty. The majority of people who knew her described her as being like a ray of sunshine. Long after she is gone, people will keep remembering her because of the wonderful legacy she left behind.

She is survived by her children Alan Dale Golleher, Melinda Gonzales, and Jo Dena Gomez (Julian); grandchildren Anna Gonzales (Keith), Jessica Martinez (Tony), Randa Hewitt (Curtis), and Addy Edgar (Aaron); great-grandchildren Xalyn Martinez, Ethan Hewitt, Addison Hewitt, Lane Martinez, and Aria Martinez; sisters Alva Jean Hudson and Margaret Louise Dove; and brothers Both of Jerlene’s brothers, L.P. Baker and James David Baker, were already gone when she passed away. Jerlene was the surviving member of her family after everyone else had passed away.
You are welcome to make memorial contributions in honor of Jerlene to the Emergency Veterinarian Clinic, which can be found at 909 Industrial Boulevard, Abilene, Texas 79602.
