Kelly Greene Obituary, Death –  Kelly Greene of WTHR has reportedly passed away. Kelly Greene joined the Live Doppler 13 team that year, August 2013, and has been there since. Kelly obtained her degree from Indiana University, where she focused her studies on both telecommunications and theater on the way to earning her degree. She had been working in radio for a number of years prior to making the decision to follow her interest in meteorology by enrolling in classes at an academic institution.

She did this because she wanted to learn more about the field. After finishing her coursework at Mississippi State University’s Broadcast Meteorology Program, she received her diploma and went on to further her career. Kelly has been honored by the National Weather Association by being conferred with the renowned Seal of Approval that the organization bestows.

Kelly got her start in the television broadcasting field at WLFI-TV in Lafayette, Indiana, where she worked as a meteorologist. This was the beginning of her career in the television industry. After working for three years as the Morning Meteorologist in Lafayette, where she had previously worked, she moved back to her birthplace of Fort Wayne and began working at WANE-TV as the Weekend Meteorologist. Prior to that, she had worked in Lafayette.

Kelly is very engaged in the community service group known as Epsilon Sigma Alpha, where she presently serves as the Publicity Director. This is an organization that Kelly joined in the past. In addition to that, she works as an instructor for group fitness classes. In addition to teaching basic yoga, she also teaches Zumba. Kelly and her husband, Paul, find a lot of delight in participating in a variety of activities together, including golfing and traveling the world.
