Bruce Ingram Obituary, Death – Bruce W. Ingram, age 64, a resident of Carterville, Illinois and a former resident of Vienna, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Monday, December 19, 2022 at 9:40 AM at his home. He was a Carterville resident at the time of his death. He resided in Carterville at the time. In a previous life, he had lived in the city that is now the capital of Austria. On September 7th, 1958, Bruce was born in the town of Murphysboro in the state of Illinois. 1958 was the year that this took place. He was the second of Bill Ingram and Barbara (Vaughn) Ingram’s four children to be born into the world, and he was the second of the two to arrive. Bill and Barbara (Vaughn) Ingram have two more children.
Surviving members of his family include his mother, Barbara Yates of Cambria; his sons, Brandon (Jordan Kennedy) Ingram of Carterville and Aaron Ingram of Vienna; his two granddaughters, Joeleena Easley and Joslynn Ingram; his siblings, Bev Ingram of Cambria, Bobby (Sue) Ingram of DeSoto, and Bryan (Carla) Ingram of Murphysboro; as well as a niece and a nephew both named Bruce’s father had already passed away from an earlier illness when Bruce was born. Bruce was the only child.
In the years leading up to his retirement, Bruce worked on a farm in a variety of capacities, including as a farmer and as an operator of a wide range of farm machinery. He found great solace in being outside in the fresh air and watching the natural world around him. Fishing, tending to his yard and garden, and generally taking care of his property were all activities that brought Bruce a great deal of pleasure, and he enjoyed all of these activities very much. He placed a tremendous amount of value on the time that he was able to spend with his granddaughters and cherished those moments immensely. The funeral for Bruce, which will be held in honor of his life and will take place at a later time, has been planned by his family but has not yet been scheduled.
