John Nugent Obituary, Death – Johnathan “John” Nugent, 34 years old and a resident of Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away on December 18th, 2022. Edward and Mary (Debban) Nugent welcomed their first child on November 17, 1988 in the city of Green Bay. John is a member of the West High School Class of 2007 and graduated in 2007. Before enlisting in the military, he received his education at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. John and Jessica Long’s wedding took place in Green Bay on September 12th, 2020. He was the jubilant proprietor and head of business at John Nugent Flooring. John was a talker, a hard worker, and a caustic individual who delighted in having talks.
He was patient, beyond caring, supportive, knowledgeable, intelligent, kind, and passionate about his family. He was dedicated to the well-being of his family. John was a wonderful person to have as a husband and a parent to his four sons. John and his family had a lot of fun on their trips together. Cowboy boots, dirty hats, large Chevy trucks, and the Green Bay Packers were some of his favorite things in the world. He had an ever-present dream of going to the western states to shoot elk. John gave fishing a shot, but he found that he had greater luck hunting.
His family includes his wife, Jessa; his children, Cayden, Breyden, Keidyn, and Jaxsin; his father, Edward; his siblings, Traci (David) Robinson, Shelly Nugent, Jennifer Nugent, Peter (Jackie) Nugent, Luke (Sarah) Nugent, Sarah (Eric) Derenne, Elizabeth (Jarrod) Schumacher, Rachel (Josh) Kwiatkowski; his father-in Mary, John’s mother, as well as Joseph, John’s twin brother and identical twin, both passed away before John. On Friday, December 23, friends and family will pay their respects at the Blaney Funeral Home, located at 1521 Shawano Avenue, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. A memorial service will then take place at 7:30 p.m.
