Daniel Kin Obituary, Death – The demise of Deputy Sheriff Daniel J. Kin, who worked for the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office in the state of Ohio, has left all of us here at the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office in deep mourning. The news of his passing has left us with an overwhelming feeling of loss in our hearts. As we draw to a close on this Watch: This event will take place on Thursday, December 15th, 2022, which is the 15th day of the month.
One of the two people who were killed in a collision that took place at the intersection of State Route 56 and State Route 104 in Pickaway County at 11:00 in the morning was Deputy Sheriff Daniel Kin. The other person who passed away in the incident was a woman. The other person who was unfortunate enough to pass away was a female. When a pickup truck came up behind him and hit the transport van on the driver’s door, he was in the middle of transporting a prisoner at the time. The collision had place as the pickup vehicle drew up to the scene.
Deputy Kin was transported by helicopter to the Grant Medical Center in Columbus, but the doctors and nurses there were unable to save him from the effects of his injuries, and he unfortunately passed away while he was a patient at the hospital. The injuries that the detainee had incurred were not seen in any way as being potentially fatal to the individual.
Before beginning his employment with the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Kin had spent the prior three years working for the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. This was before he started working for the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office. It had been a year since he had began working for the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office in all of its capacities from the beginning of the year.
