Cliff Martin Obituary, Death – It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you of the demise of Cliff Martin, a retired volunteer firefighter; it is with a lot of sorrow that we are passing on this information to you. We are forced to share this information with you at this juncture, and it is with a heavy heart that we do so. Cliff’s life was tragically cut short on November 25, 2022, when, while courageously fighting off a life-threatening illness, he succumbed to it and passed away. He had been struggling against this illness for a considerable amount of time.
More than two decades ago, when Cliff was a volunteer fireman for Graham Fire & Rescue, the majority of the calls that he responded to were dispatched from Station 92. No matter what the nature of the situation was, this was always the case. Almost twenty years have passed since a response was sent to these requests. His legacy will live on as that of a friend, educator, and mentor who had a deep-seated love for aiding other people in their pursuit of personal growth and development. He will be remembered as someone who leaves behind a positive influence on the lives of others. Cliff was also an active member of the Pierce County Sheriff’s Mountain Detachment as well as the United States Army Reserves.
Both of these positions required him to honorably serve his country, and he did so in both of them. Due to the nature of our community, the passing of a member of our small and tightly knit group has a significant impact on each and every one of us on an individual level. We would like the Martin family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers, and that we will miss the wonderful relationship that we’ve had with Cliff. Cliff will be greatly missed. Cliff is someone who will be sorely missed by each and every one of us. We are begging you to take into account the love and concern that we have for them as you make your decision.
