Christine Postlethwaite Obituary, Death – On December 17th, Christine Postlethwaite, who was originally from Maughold and had reached the age of 64 at the time of her passing, died away surrounded by her family. She had reached the end of her life. She had just gotten over a brief bout with illness when she passed away, and she had been recuperating in the peace and quiet of her own house. Christine Postlethwaite was a native of Maughold and had her birth there. She was also named Christine Postlethwaite. Her ancestors had called the place home for many years.

Her immediate family as well as the many friends that she gained throughout the course of her life will look back on Chris with a profound sense of loss when they think of her passing. Chris was a devoted wife to Les and an attentive mother to their children, Ian and Tara. Her son and her daughter adored her, and so did her other son. On Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 11.30 in the morning, the funeral service will commence at the Douglas Borough Crematorium, which is where it will take place. The date and location of the funeral service are yet to be determined.

Those who are heartbroken over the death of a loved one will congregate there in order to pay their condolences and show their solidarity with one another.
