Ruth Humphries Obituary, Ruth Humphries Has Passed Away

Ruth Humphries Obituary, Death – Ruth Toshach Humphries, age 82, passed away on Friday, December 16th, 2022 at the Memorial Health University Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. She had been battling an illness for a short period of time before her passing. On December 17th, 1939, Ruth was brought into the world by her parents, Charles Joseph Toshach Sr. and Nettie Lou Stocks Toshach. Ruth was their first child. Ruth was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, and mother who was devoted to her roles in all of those relationships. In addition to this, she maintained a committed relationship with each of her children.

In addition to her skill as a gardener, she was well-known for the kindness and compassion she showed for animals. Her son, David Humphries, as well as her daughter-in-law, Ena Boyington Humphries, granddaughter-in-law, Leona Humphries, and great-grandson, Connor Cruse, are among those who are able to carry on her legacy after her passing. Her grandson Ryan Humphries and her grandson Randal Humphries, in addition to her granddaughter-in-law Ena Boyington Humphries, are among those who are able to carry on her legacy after her passing.

Ruth Toshach’s parents, Charles Toshach, Sr. and Nettie Stocks Toshach, as well as her siblings, Sally Toshach Smith, Nettie “Sissy” Toshach Harris, and Charles Toshach, Jr., all lost dead prior to Ruth’s birth. Ruth’s only surviving sibling is Charles Toshach, Jr. Elliott Humphries, the loving spouse she had been married to for 45 years, passed away before she did. On Wednesday, December 21st, 2022, at 12:30 p.m., a graveside service will be performed in Bonaventure Cemetery, which can be found at 330 Bonaventure Rd., Thunderbolt, Georgia 31404.

Pastor Stephen Saxton, who serves at Island Christian Church, will preside over the funeral service and give the eulogy.
