Richard Mays Jr. Obituary, Little Rock City Arkansas Reclamation Commission Member has died

Richard Mays Jr. Obituary, Death – We would like to take this opportunity to extend our deepest condolences to Richard Mays Jr.’s family and friends who have recently lost a loved one. Richard Mays Jr. served for a considerable length of time on the Little Rock Water Reclamation Commission as a member of the commission. He was appointed to his position as a commissioner in August of 2009, and he went on to serve as Chair of the Commission for a combined period of four years during his time there after being elected to that position. Our family in the LRWRA would like to extend our deepest condolences to the Mays family and our thoughts of peace to anyone who knew and loved Ricky. Our thoughts are with you all.

Please accept my sincerest condolences on behalf of everyone who was concerned about you during this difficult time. The child of Richard Mays Jr. and his wife. Brother Que, I am sorry to say that you are going to be totally forgotten. I am at a complete loss for words; you could say that I am dumbfounded. I had high hopes that I wouldn’t have to look into it any further and confirm the information that was provided to me, but it turned out that I was wrong. Richard Mays Jr., you were a remarkable illustration of what it means to be a human being.

I will miss you. My mother and I would like to extend our condolences to Ricky’s friends and family, as well as to anyone else who knew and cared about Ricky, during this difficult time. We are sorry for your loss. Both his heart and his smile were made of gold, and his smile alone could have been responsible for the sale of a million dollars’ worth of property. He was a delightfully wonderful example of the human race. This presents a number of challenging challenges to be overcome. Since we first met one another more than two decades ago, a lot of time has passed.
